In this course key practitioner roles in mental health are presented, including community support, peer support, vocational rehabilitation and housing support. Students examine how recovery and psychosocial rehabilitation approaches are integrated within mental health practitioner roles, and they determine the specific competencies integral to each of the roles.

Post Secondary level PSYL 1011 Psychosocial Rehab Found.(ODE) Minimum Grade of 50

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
