What do I do next?

Full or part-time students must register with the Centre for Access and Disability Services Office by contacting and booking an appointment with a Disability Specialist.

What do I bring to my appointment?

Every student, including those students who have long term physical or medical disabilities, must provide appropriate documentation to the Disability Specialist.  This may be in the form of a letter from a doctor, chiropractor, or psycho therapist.

If you have a diagnosed learning disability or Attention Deficit Disorder, we will require a psycho educational assessment which was administered by a psychologist.  If you do not have a psycho educational assessment bring in your Individual Educational Plan (IEP), on Individual Placement Review Committee (IPRC) from your elementary and high school.

Students with hearing impairments would be required to provide the Disability Specialist with and audiologist report.  Students with visual impairments would be required to provide the Disability Specialist with a report from their optometrist, ophthalmologist or vision specialist.
