Details on how to pay your tuition and related fees are outlined below. Students may also choose to defer a portion of their tuition and related fees for a modest non-refundable deferral fee.
Registration ** WEB FOR STUDENT**
If you have paid your tuition and related fees and/or your deposit by the deadline, you will be able to register for your courses using the College’s Web for Student. There are specific “windows” for registration based on date, time and program. Please refer to the registration pages at www.georgianc.on.ca/academics/register/ to check the latest registration schedule.

Payment Methods
- Pay through the Web Student Information System – Fee Payment through Banner
- Pay at your own Financial Institution/bank:
Use your bank’s Pay by Phone or Internet Banking services. Georgian College tuition and related fees payments will be accepted by the following financial institutions via their telephone payment services:- Royal Bank,
- TD Canada Trust,
- Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) and
- Bank of Montreal.
- Pay by mail:
You may pay by:- certified cheque,
- money order, or
- credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express).
- Post dated cheques are NOT accepted. Be sure to write your student number on the back of your certified cheque or money order and return it prior to the tuition and related fees deadline. (Please provide enough time for your payment to be received by the deadline).
- Pay by Telephone:
Call Georgian’s Office of the Registrar at (705) 722-1511 to pay by credit card. - Pay in person:
If you are on campus you may wish to bring your payment with you. Office hours are: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Acceptable forms of payment in person include: certified cheque, money order, debit, cash, and credit card.
To ensure payment reaches us by the tuition and related fees deadline, please pay at least one week prior to the deadline. Do not assume that your tuition and related fees will reach the College if you attempt to pay at your bank with less than one week prior to the deadline.
What happens if I don’t pay my fees by the deadline?
If your payment is not received by the deadline, your seat may be given to another student on the waiting list. If seats are available, you will be assessed a late fee and you will not be able to access Web Registration at the designated day / time. You will have to wait 24 hours after other programs have registered. If this is the case, you should be aware that a seat may or may not be available for you in any or all courses at that time. You will also be required to pay a non-refundable late fee of $65 provided there are places still available in your program. Georgian reserves the right to refuse payments made after the deadline if the program has filled.
Withdrawals
Only students who have paid their fees / deposit will be allowed to register online. In order to receive a refund of any fees or to adjust outstanding fee assessments if tuition and related fees were deferred, students must withdraw in writing by the tenth day of classes in each term.

You are NOT officially withdrawn if you simply do not show up for class or if you verbally notify your teacher, registration staff, counsellors or any College staff. Please refer to the faq entitled, “What if I Change My Mind About Attending? “
