Barrie Students:
OSAP Loan release will begin January 11, 2010 in the Gryphon Theatre Pod on a first-come, first-served basis.  You must have your Social Insurance Card, Government Issued Photo Identification and banking information.  Please check your OSAP online status to ensure your funding has processed and your loans state “issued”.

All other students, please go directly to your campus for OSAP release.  Please follow same identification requirements as listed above.

Students not receiving OSAP this semester or registered on a Co-op:

• Please contact the Financial Aid Office once you are registered in class or on a co-op for an electronic confirmation of your registration to prevent your previous loans from accruing interest. Co-op students must complete a Confirmation of Interest-free Status form and provide a signed copy of their learning agreement.
• If you have received OSAP funding prior to August 1, 2000 you must also confirm your enrollment with your previous bank lender and the National Student Loan Centre. Additional information on your responsibilities to your lender(s) is available in the Financial Aid Office or on the OSAP web site.

Georgian Bursary For Students with Determined Financial Need Deadline:

The deadline to apply for a Georgian Bursary is the last business day of the first month of classes (September, January, May). Qualified applicants may receive one Georgian Bursary award per academic year. Applications will be available during registration.
