Since starting my education in the CAI, the auto show has always been very important to me. I have been an ambassador and a team captain. I am honoured to be a part of the 2012 Auto Show Committee. I look forward to working with the team and expanding my knowledge, networking with the automotive industry, and making this the best show yet.

After completing two years in the CAI automotive marketing program, it is clear that my future lies within this great industry. I have participated in three auto shows, twice as an ambassador and once as a team captain. From day one, my goal has been to gain a variety of experience; I have done this by changing positions at each show. In 2012, I am eager to embrace the challenge as a committee member.

I have been fascinated with cars since a very young age and had no qualms about moving to Barrie in 2008 to start my diploma in Automotive Marketing. After finishing my diploma, I enrolled in the bridge program to gain more knowledge about the industry. The auto show is a major contributor to the CAI’s success to date, and I felt compelled to contribute my best to help continue this trend.

After discovering my passion for the automotive sector, I enrolled at the CAI to become part of this dynamic industry. My experience in the automotive aftermarket has given me a deeper appreciation for the industry, as well as the drive to discover other aspects of the business. In past shows, I have participated as an ambassador as well as a co-captain. These experiences have helped me develop many skills which I am excited to utilize in my new committee role.
