Co-operative Education at Georgian College has been designed to blend career ambitions with college studies in order to enhance students' skills through real and relevant work experience. Georgian College has a 94% graduate placement rate.

The Aviation Management program is comprised of three paid 4-month mandatory co-op terms which:

  • reinforces skills and theory learned during academic semesters
  • develops professional contacts, job knowledge, and career paths
  • improves human relations and communications skills
  • promotes personal maturity and financial independence
  • provides valuable work experience
