North York, ONT. – The Georgian Grizzlies felt the Sting in their first exhibition game of the year, falling to Seneca 75-68 in Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA) men’s basketball exhibition action on Tuesday evening.
The Grizzlies trailed 33-29 at the half and struggled from the free throw line all night. Shane Rowe led Georgian with 21 points and 13 rebounds and Mark Brown added 13.
Georgian will host the Algoma Thunderbirds on Saturday night at 8:00 p.m. in another pre-season game.
