Students whose success at college may be affected by a disability must contact the Centre for Access upon admittance to the College (See section 2.17 of Admission Policy)
Supports for students with disabilities include:

- Individual Education Plans

- Tutoring
- Learning strategy training
- Training in the use of specialized computer technology
- Advice and mentoring
- Classroom and test accommodations

Skills for Success - Lifestyle Management Course College Credit for Students With Specific Learning Disabilities and / or ADHD

- Transition into Post Secondary Education
- Develop academic and learning strategy skills
- Experience campus and residence life
- Earn a college credit and reduce fall semester course load
- Access all the support services available; computer lab; counsellors; disability specialists;
- learning strategists; career counsellors; and testing services
Tuition for the course is $256 which includes:
- textbook
- residence fees
Students need to provide:
- official high school transcripts
- official documentation regarding their learning disability
This Transition Program is funded by the Ministry of Training Colleges and Universities.
