Auto Studies-Sales LeadershipThis certificate is for individuals who are either already in the automotive industry and are looking to upgrade their skills, or those who aspire to begin a career in the automotive profession. These part-time credit courses are currently being created online for September 2011 using top-quality industry experts and instructors. This flexible delivery method enables students to maintain their jobs, study at home and receive academic credit for the courses completed. Courses may be taken individually or as part of the certificate program. Successful completion of six courses is required to qualify for a Certificate of Achievement.
Description:The six course certificate provides students with a broad understanding of the sales function within an automotive business, which may assist them in assuming a leadership role. Students will learn the importance of customer relationship management, legal and ethical considerations specific to the automotive environment, business office functions, leasing, and general principles of marketing, advertising and decision-making.
