Investigative Processes (LAWS 2026)

This course focuses on interviewing and investigation skills. Students will develop the interviewing skills necessary to retrieve information from victims, witnesses and possible suspects. Students will examine the basic steps for investigation including the practical development of note-taking, observation skills, the necessity of being able to collect, preserve and present physical evidence in court and the giving of oral testimony.
