Semester One
Lapidary & Gem Cutting
Various aspects of the cutting and polishing of stones as related to the jewellery and fine metals trade
Jewellery & Metal Techniques 1
in-depth study of specific advanced jewellery & metals techniques determined by the student
Goldsmithing Studio 1
advanced techniques of goldsmithing including exotic alloys, granulation and production techniques
Silversmithing Studio 1
practical application of the advanced techniques of silversmithing
Semester Two
Sales, Marketing & Photography
the business of selling and marketing jewellery products
Jewellery & Metal Techniques 2
in-depth study of jewellery and metal techniques as determined by the student
Goldsmithing Studio 2
pursue individual direction in goldsmithing in the creation of a series of pieces
Silversmithing Studio 2
pursue individual direction in silversmithing in the creation of a series of pieces
