Bun On The Run

Bun-on-the Run is now open: January 9, 2012.

Bun on the Run is a takeout food facility located in the E109 kitchen lab and is now open for business. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 11:30am – 1:00pm, cash sales only. Our Hotel and Resort students are learning safe food handling, portion consistency, safety and sanitation, one on one customer service as well as operating a point of sale system. Excellent menu paired with excellent price.
