Students will be preparing and serving a series of 8 dinners with an international theme. The evenings are all-inclusive events: Hors d’oeuvres reception Multi-course dinner Wine pairings to complement the cuisine All the menus and pairings have been prepared and designed by the students as the final culmination of their education here at the School of Hospitality, Tourism and Recreation.
