The Georgian Health and Wellness Clinics operate in Partnership with each other and with the Barrie Community Family Health Team (BCFHT), which is a collection of most Barrie family doctors, as well as nurse practitioner clinics and Walk-in Clinics. When you seek care at our clinic your information will be stored on a common database and certain health information will be shared with the other professionals within the partnership. If you have a family physician or nurse practitioner who is a member of the BCFHT or if you have visited a Barrie Walk-In Clinic, our clinic will have access to some of your Personal Health Information. If you have questions or concerns about what information will be shared, or whether your family doctor/NP is a member of the BCFHT, please contact us or your family doctor/NP.
