Please ensure that you include a $100.00 CAD processing fee with your application. Applications that do not include the processing fee will not be processed. This fee does not apply to EAP/English language programs.
- APPLY - Complete and mail or courier the International Application Form or our new Interactive International Application Form
- Applicants are urged to apply as early as possible to ensure that there is sufficient time to obtain a student permit.
- February 1st is the equal consideration date for programs that start in September; however, applications are accepted all year round if space is available.
- DOCUMENTATION- Original or certified copies of English language test scores, academic records and any other documentation must be attached to the application.
- Students need to show proof of graduation, subjects taken and grades received.
- Students who are not graduating until later in the year should send current transcripts along with mid-term grades.
- ACCEPTANCE
- Once a decision is reached, you or your representative will receive an email with a letter of acceptance (or refusal.)
Please note that final/unconditional acceptance letters are mailed or sent by courier while conditional letters are only sent by email. A final/unconditional letter will be sent once all admission requirements are met. - Students who receive a conditional acceptance must submit the required documentation by June 1st to receive a final acceptance.

- DEPOSIT – Full tuition fees or a minimum deposit of $1000.00 CAD are due by June 1st for September start dates and October 1st for January start dates to guarantee your place in the program.
- STUDY PERMIT / VISA – Once you have an acceptance letter and tuition receipt, you may apply for a student permit / student visa from the Canadian Embassy or Consulate. Visit www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/index.asp for more information. NOTE: The application process could take up to 4-6 months. Please notify us (reginternational@georgianc.on.ca) as soon as you receive your study permit / student visa.
- NEXT STEP – Complete the housing and airport pickup information included in your acceptance letter package and email or fax it to the International Centre at HomestayProgram@georgianc.on.ca or fax (705) 722-5158.
