Information Technology Department of Georgian College is located in the Administrative (C) Building on the 3rd floor (Room C-301)
Password changes for network access, e-mail account, Banner* and BlackBoard accounts can be administered by staff at the Library Commons Information Desk. They can also assist with any questions you may have in regards to registering your personal laptop for use in the college.
* Client Services and the Library Commons can only change Banner PIN's. All other problems or requests for Banner information has to be directed to the Office of the Registrar (i.e. if PIN has been reset and student is still unable to access her/his Banner account).
