Dining Room hours:
- Buffet breakfast: 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
- Buffet Lunch: 12 noon to 1 p.m.
- Served Dinner: 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Bar: The Kempenfelt Lounge is open
- Monday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to midnight
- Sunday 12 noon to 10 p.m.
- Later closings available upon request
Snacks: Evening snacks are delivered to each group’s common area around 8 p.m.
- Chocolate bars and chips can be purchased at the Front Desk
- Soft drinks can be purchased from vending machines in the CTMC building
Internet access:
- Complimentary high-speed Internet access which is configured to support VPN connectivity
- WI-Fi service is available throughout our entire property
- Wired connections are also available in all meeting rooms
Phones:
- Bedrooms are equipped with analog telephones complete with data port and voice mail
- Meeting rooms are equipped with digital hands-free/speaker phones. A separate dedicated analog extension is available in each meeting room for use with devices such as fax or modem.
- Pay phones are located throughout the property
Messages:
- Only urgent calls will be put through to meeting rooms
- During the day, Front Desk staff will post all other messages on the message boards located outside of each group’s meeting room, or
- If the caller prefers, message can be left on the voice mail in guest’s bedroom
Televisions:
- All bedrooms and common areas have televisions with a popular selection of satellite channels
Amenities:
All bedrooms are equipped with hair dryers, irons, ironing boards and alarm clock radios.
Newspapers: Complimentary copies of the Toronto Star are available each morning in the dining room while quantities last.
Ice machines:
- CTMC building – both floors in the bedroom wing
- Bayview building – second floor in the bedroom wing
- Lodge – refrigerator is stocked with ice.
Indoor Recreation:
- CTMC building – pool table and shuffleboard in the Games room on the 2nd Floor
- Bayview building -
- 8-seat sauna, 8-seat hot-tub / whirlpool with rinse shower – open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Fitness room complete with exercise equipment and free weights – located outside the sauna/hot-tub room (always open)
- pool table, darts, shuffleboard tables and a ping pong table (available to guests of Bayview only)
- Lodge – shuffleboard (available to guests of Lodge only)
Outdoor Recreation:
- Summer activities include:
- tennis, badminton, golf driving nets, horseshoes, basketball, baseball, soccer, volleyball (sports equipment can be borrowed from Front Desk)
- Located on the shores of Kempenfelt bay, guests can
- swim (water shoes recommended)
- take a cruise in our paddleboats
- have bonfires on the beach (must be arranged with advance notice)
- Bicycles available to ride in our quiet rural setting
- Within a short drive from the Kempenfelt Centre golfers can enjoy one of the several golf courses in the area:
- the adjacent 9-hole Allandale Golf Course
- 18-hole Harbourview and Innisbrook courses
- Winter activities include:
- quiet snowy walks, cross-country or alpine ski resorts in the area
Business Services and Office: Adjacent to the Front Desk foyer, guests will find the Client Computer Centre

Airport Shuttle: Door-to-door transportation to and from the airports in Toronto and Barrie can be arranged by calling:

Souvenirs: guests can choose from a wide selection of Kempenfelt merchandise available for sale from the Front Desk.
The Front Desk stocks a variety of items:
- toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, combs, Tylenol,
- film, batteries, cigarettes, chocolate bars and chips
