Personal Support Worker info session March 29, Barrie Campus

For Tori McLellan, working with seniors is not just a job, it’s something she loves doing. Tori has been volunteering at seniors homes since she was young. When she found out that Georgian offered the Personal Support Worker program, she knew it was right for her. Georgian College’s PSW program requires both a clinical and a field placement, which ensures students get the hands-on experience they need. Tori says her teachers were great. One faculty member, in particular, helped her immensely: “She didn’t just teach book work, she taught us reality.”
