Award-winning author Sally Armstrong speaks at Barrie Campus Nov. 10

Sally Armstrong, human rights activist, documentary filmmaker and award-winning author, will be the first speaker of the season in the University Partnership Centre speaker series on Nov 10, 10 a.m., at the Georgian Theatre, Barrie Campus.

Armstrong was editor-in-chief of Homemaker’s magazine from 1988 to 1999. She is currently editor-at-large of Chatelaine magazine and a contributing editor at Maclean’s magazine.
