Local Canadian military veterans will join the CFB Base Commander, officers and soldiers to dedicate the new Georgian College cenotaph at the Barrie Campus on Oct. 6. The cenotaph honours the heroism and sacrifice of Canada’s armed forces personnel, past and present.
Staff, students and members of the public are invited to attend this landmark event.
The commemoration will take place in the main turning circle in front of the Administrative Centre – Building C at 10:30 a.m.
