Simply Accounting

This course provides level 1 (basic) training for Simply Accounting.  This software is an accounting application for small to mid-sized businesses, or may be used to keep track of personal finances.  The course provides learning expereinces and exercises for students who want to move their finances from paper-based into digital.  The course is designed for new Simply Accounting users, but can also be helpful for those students currently using an earlier version of Simply Accounting who wish to become familiar with the 2008 version.

  • Recommended:
    Strongly recommend student have taken Financial Accounting I as well as having basic knowledge of manual bookkeeping practices and principles. Students should also be experienced computer users and be willing to work in a co-operative environment with other students.
