Careers
Employment opportunities exist at ski resorts and within the broader supporting snow sports industry. At Whistler alone, upwards of 5,000 season employees are needed each year. Blue Mountain now employs over 1,500 workers each winter. In Canada, winter resorts often struggle to find good full-time seasonal employees as many older workers are retiring and young workers have return to their studies at school, college or university.
