Martin Pearce
Martin Pearce’s most recent work challenges the notion of what is painting and what is drawing. Is it simply material that defines the difference or is it an engagement of process?
Martin Pearce is a tenure professor of drawing and painting at the University of Guelph, Studio Arts Program. He received his MA in painting at the Royal College of Art, London, England and his BA in 1985 at the Newcastle Polytechnic, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England.

Robin Collyer
By playing with modalities of representation and interpretation, Collyer’s objective yet highly-political sculptures and photographs confront the impact of unimpeded development on the urban landscape and explore the commodification of our lived experience.
Born in London, England in March 1949, Robin Collyer immigrated to Canada in 1957. He was educated at the Ontario College of Art, Toronto, in the late 1960s, and presented his first solo exhibition at the Carmen Lamanna Gallery in 1971.

Jon Sasaki
Utilizing film, video, objects, performance and installation, Jon Sasaki’s work takes cynicism, futility and tragedy as starting points, then counters the thematic heaviness with dry, comic delivery. Often structured like the familiar “shaggy dog joke,” much of this work is a deadpan escalation of expectations, followed by an anticlimactic punch line.
Jon Sasaki received his BFA at Mount Allison University, Sackville New Brunswick.
