1. Receive your invoice from Georgian College

2. Once you receive your invoice, forward a copy along with a grade report you have printed from your banner account to your Employment Counselor.

  • To print your grade report, log into your banner account.
  • Select Academic Records
  • Select display Georgian College Transcript (unofficial)
  • Transcript level – all levels
  • Transcript type – web
  • PRINT

3. Arrange to make your tuition fee payment by the due date : November 24, 2009

4. If your MTCU funding has not come through by the due date, you may make a minimum payment of $100 to confirm your seat, with the full balance being due upon receipt from MTCU.

5. You will not be subject to deferral fees as long as the Registrar’s office in Barrie has received a copy of your contract at an earlier date. It is your responsibility to ensure this is in hand.

6. At the beginning of December log in to your banner account, confirm your date and time for your registration. Ie: Wednesday December 16thh at 9am.

7. On this date, log into Banner and follow the prompts to register into your courses.
