INTRODUCTION
Essential employability skills are an important part of post-secondary education. The Conference Board of Canada has identified several skills that employers feel are critical. These include: communicating, managing information, working with others, problem-solving, learning continuously. http://www.conferenceboard.ca/Libraries/EDUC_PUBLIC/esp2000.sflb
However, learning how to support students in developing these skills is challenging. This workshop series moves teaching beyond content and examines how to teach these skills.
