Windows servers provide applications and services that manage a network. Students in this course examine the implementation of these services in a networked environment, and learn how to install, configure, and manage common services such as Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Domain Name Service (DNS), and file and print services.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
